Information on the processing of personal data
The administrator of personal data provided in the form is the addressee of the complaint. The data is processed in order to receive and consider a complaint related to product safety, which constitutes the fulfillment of a legal obligation in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR in connection with with applicable legal provisions regarding the seller’s liability for product safety. If, as a result of a complaint, the purchased product is recovered and the price paid by the buyer is refunded, the complaint will be included in the accounting documentation and will be kept with it for the period required by law. In addition, the complaint will be stored until the limitation period for claims related to the goods to which the complaint relates expires. In connection with submitting a complaint regarding product safety, data may be processed by external entities involved in this process, such as courier companies, postal operators, banks, hosting provider, CRM system provider, accounting office. The seller may also make data available to entities specified in the General Product Safety Regulation, including manufacturers, importers and market surveillance authorities. Rights related to data processing: the right to request access to data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data and the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
